N has been slapping and hitting for the past two months (she's currently 10.5 months) but within the past month, she's been SO aggressive. We usually tell her gentle hands and demonstrate what that is and feels like. With our other two LO's they picked up on being gentle when we would show them. N will do the opposite and rips our hair, grabs our eyes, nose, lips, you name it, and will make both DH and I bleed. DAILY. I worry about DD and DS because they won't stop her from hurting them! She screams when she does this too. I know she's too young to understand that it hurts but I don't know how to get her to stop.

Have you heard of this happening? Or experienced it? It's so much more intense than B and E. E would grab my mouth and pull on it while nursing or grab my hair but she would never actually hurt me.
