We used the Dr. Brown's glass bottles with DS with great success 2.5 years ago. However, now there is milk going up the blue vent tube, which defeats the whole point of the bottle. Grrr...
Has anyone else had this problem and how do you fix it?

Do you have all the parts together? Blue vent, white 3 part thing on top of blue thing, then nipple and white screw top?
Maybe post a photo?

Are you filling them too full? Mine would leak from that tube if they were filled too high.

and not over-filling either. Just putting 4 oz in the 4 oz bottles.
