Anyone have this activity cube? We never got one for DD 1 so I was thinking of getting one for DD 2 as her Christmas gift. It's on sale for $55 on Amazon right now so wondering if I should buy it now.

We don't have that particular one but we have an Alex brand one that is farm themed. My in laws got it from Costco for her last Christmas.
TBH, DD (14 months at the time?) wasn't all that into it.. Most days she wouldn't play with it and even when she did, it was very short. I even took it out of rotation to stir her interest up again but it was mehh.. I know some kids looove activity cubes though.. I'm hoping DS takes to it, soon.

That's a cute one. We have a Zany Zoo from Target. DD was really not that into it. She used it as a pulling device to help her stand. I need to pack it up in case we have #2.

I also got the alex brand farm one from costco... I think it was 35 dollars around xmas time. I believe they have it every year because I passed on it one year and got it the next year. LO really likes it. We got it for him last year at 1.5 and he liked spinning it and moving the beads and moving the other things. Now he's 2.5 he tells us all the ABCs items and have us open and close doors so he can tell us whats behind them. It really did grow with him. I wonder how he will play with it later on.

@Raindrop: exactly! I'm thinking my 2.5 year old will be able to play with it as well!

I have the Zany Zoo which looks almost exactly like that one just it is animal themed. I first bought it to encourage standing, and now at 17 months she still really likes opening and closing the doors and finally figured out the "race" side. It's a great toy

We have this and have been getting use out of it since DS1 was 6 months! He's 17 months now and still plays with it, though he recently started climbing on top of it so it's on a vacation in the basement for a while....
