Lo had been drooling like crazy. Speaking through the bibs within a half an hour. Really fussy super clingy. Like won't sleep unless he's right next to me. Then from yesterday to today I see this. He was moving so much I could barely get it. Is that what I think it is or is lo just going through something else. If it is a little tooth bud ir whatever u call it.how long till it breaks through and anyone have an early teether?

Also I'm probably wrong... but I thought the front bottom teeth are usually the ones that come first?

That looks like a tooth to me! Congrats (or...not...I too had an early teeth though not that early and there isn't a ton that really helps)

@Raindrop: that's what I thought! But I have been dr googling and sometimes the top ones come in first. I am going to have to talk to his ped.

It looks like a tooth to me too. Around 3 months DS has a spot like that too, way off the the side on the bottom. A tooth never came through there though. He has 6 teeth now at 10 months but not where I thought I saw the one coming through at 3 months. It was weird!

Learn something new each day. I did remember hearing that teeth come in pairs for some babies and not in pairs for others.

@BabyMats: Sadie was an early teether too (not quite that early), and hers came in completely out of order. We had a weird side snag gel tooth for a while! She is 8 months now & has 8 teeth (all 4 front, top & bottom). I think getting them out of the way early is the trick to less traumatic teething! The older they get, the crankier!

P was kind of an early teether. Had a tooth just about to break skin at ~3 mths and then the next day it was GONE! It went back down & didn't come back for like 6 months & the other next to it came in like a day later. So weird those teeth!

@BabyMats: I had no idea disappearing teeth were a real thing but when I googled it (because I thought I was crazy) it seemed quite a few people had gone through the same thing with their babies!
