I recently got into the Amazing Race- finishing season 4. How did I not find this show sooner? Travel plus the reality show psychology fun. What is your favorite season and why?

I love the Amazing Race, but haven't watched in a long while. My favorite season was the winning couple ended up shaving bald the wife's hair for a challenge. That's dedication!

They're all great, and it's gotten better over time. I think I tried watching the first season not long ago and was marveling at how slow it was compared to recent ones!

I love Amazing Race! I don't know if I have a fave season but I have enjoyed certain racers.

I'm obsessed with this show, watched every season. The first season of the Australian amazing race is really good as well!

I liked the hippies that won their season. They were smart and personable. I love when the participants adore Phil.

I love love love Amazing Race. It's my dream to be on it someday! I agree, the best episode/season was when the wife had to shave her head bald. There was another one where someone had to get a tattoo and it was an older guy who didn't care. DH always enjoys when Flight Time and Big Easy were on the shows too.

@shopaholic: Hubby and I want to go on it too! I can't swim or drive stick and I'm scared of heights, so I probably wouldn't be a very good partner, LOL

I forgot to mention that I know a woman who was invited to be on, but she had to turn them down because she was pg. She is a former NFL cheerleader and so is her twin sister -- southern belle types. They would have been fun to watch!

What season was it where the girl got nailed in the face with a watermelon, and her partner was like "Shake it off!" So funny/painful!

We love the Amazing Race! It's my favourite show ever. I loved the earlier seasons. There was a brother/sister team I loved. And then there was a hippie team I loved a few years back. Right now Amazing Race Canada is on.

I love the amazing race! I remember one scene where a guy was in India driving around in a tuktuk and screamed out the window "what's with all these f*cking foreigners??!"... Cracked me up!
