I got an email saying my Amazon Prime was cancelled per my request. I didn't make any request, so wondering if my Prime just expired? I can't find the renewal date, and I always assumed it automatically renewed?
Anyone experience this?

It does renew automatically...it sounds like the email might be a scam. Does it look like Prime is cancelled when you go to the Amazon site?

@Skadi: Yes. I just went further to look. Said I paid on Sept. 20, 2014 (last week) for membership too. I better contact them.

They hit us up every year automatically without fail.

Looks like my SIL (who has used my account a couple of times, might have been the one to cancel? I'm waiting to hear back from her if that's correct. Otherwise it's really odd and I'll call them. Thanks everyone!
