Also, I'm sick and I know I can't take Sudafed (which is a miracle drug for colds for me). I have a ton of phlegm in my throat, nasal stuffiness, sore throat--the works. And LO is getting over bronchiolitis, so I might be getting the adult version of that.

I read Kelly Mom, but what can I take without affecting my supply? I want the good stuff. Like, the hardest drug I can take without drying me up.
