It's on his neck and doesn't seem to bother him. I've been putting Aquaphor on it, but it's not going away. Sorry for the bad picture, but he's uncooperative! It's red with little bumps. Could it be yeast?

OMG E had something similar!! Red pimply like bumps! Dr said it was eczema. We got an Rx for a steroid cream. We have to bathe her every day in babyganics eczema cream wash and then the cream plus aquaphor. Cleared it up a LOT in two days. This is what hers looked like

@blackbird: Hmm, I'll have to get some of that! He does have eczema, but it usually goes away with the Aquaphor.

Aquaphor helped a little with DS eczema but what really cleared it was vanicream. It's with all the other lotions !

my LO had a similar looking rash on his belly - we brought him to the doc and she said it was eczema... we did hydrocortisone 1% 2x a day, and it went away.

We have a rash like that on B's neck often.....our pediatrician said its from all the drool....we should just try and keep it drier.
