This is a long shot but out of nowhere my phone has stopped connecting to our home wifi. DH googled and worked on it for hours last night to no avail so I thought I'd ask on here and see if anyone had had this happen!!

Have you done "hard reset" I think it's called? When you press the round home button at the bottom, at the same time pressing the power button on top? I had the same problem recently.

Yup! It's a known glitch with the latest update.
I think I had to reset my network setting on my iPhone. In fact, there's instructions on apples website on how to do this! I did live chat with their customer support, and someone walked me through it.

I have an iphone5 and have the same problem but I always thought it was something wrong with my wifi. I'll need to check this out.

Bleh they want me to pay to get it fixed over the phone and nothing "easy" is helping.. I am falling out of love with my iphone!

Oh no! I haven't ever had issues..... that's crazy they want you to pay to fix it, have you considered going into apple to see if they can fix it? They're awesome & have some great customer service!

@runsyellowlites: We live in the middle of nowhere, closest apple store is 5 hours away! Going to hit up Verizon but I'm not optimistic

@scg00387: Ugh! We don't have a local one either. When I broke my screen I had to wait months for a trip I had planned & was finally able to get it replaced (which they did for free btw).
Hopefully you'll have some luck at the Verizon store?.. Who was saying you needed to pay to get it fixed, Verizon or Apple? I think I would go with Apple to try and get help if you don't have more luck at the Verizon store.

I've been having wifi issues with my ipad lately. So annoying!
