Seems like west coast bees are in the minority. I know there are a few of us but I am curious if there are more. What region do you live in?
I live smack dab between Sacramento and Fresno. Definitely not exciting.

not a California bee now but I lived in Fresno for a year so you have my sympathy on the "not exciting" part! I miss California in general though ... in case you couldn't tell by my username

Bay Area, woot woot!! I was up feeding DD this morning when the earthquake struck. Ran for cover under the door. I was surprised how long it lasted.

@lazypanda: We definitely felt it but no damage. My dad's girlfriend's son lives in Napa and they had a huge mess! Everyone is OK, thankfully.

SF Bay Area here! We felt the quake this morning and my cats freaked, but no damage.

Totally felt the earthquake. LO had a night terror. I don't think we would have felt it otherwise.

Bay Area, Richmond specifically, but we spend a fair amount of time in SJ as well.
We felt it, woke DH and I up, but to me it just felt like somebody was rocking our bed to sleep. Other than putting my arm over LO, I just went back to sleep.
