I can't believe we're the only RI bees! Sad little state, lol! I don't want to be nosy and ask whereabouts your from - but I'm just outside of Providence. We might find ourselves migrating to MA when we look to buy a house, though..that's where DH work is.

I grew up in Wrentham, MA which is right on the border! But I'm not there anymore (other side of the country, actually) so I don't know of any resources...sorry!

@Crash - I'm within walking distance of the MA border in Attleboro!
& for twitter, I think so! I have been less active on twitter (okay, not active, LOL) because I just never think to. And somehow a TON of people IRL found it and followed me, so I'm not posting as much. I'm kind of ticked actually, because it's the similar name as I post on WB with, so if they felt like it they could read everything. Sigh. Maybe I'll make a new moniker..

@crash806: I miss Massachusetts, but a) there aren't any Navy bases there and b) I don't think I would ever be able to afford to live in Wrentham...so I don't see myself going back anytime soon!

I'd love to do a meetup! I'm not sure if I'll have a baby by then, but perhaps a big 'ol belly if I'm lucky! I should have made this thread a RI/MA line, because I live right down the street from Rt. 1 in attleboro..so I can be an honorary MA-ssie
and my Dad grew up in Easton. lol.

@sorrycharlie: We have a mini-Hockomock league going here...Franklin, Wrentham (well, King Philip), and Easton (well, Oliver Ames) are all in the same high school sports league, hahahahaha.

@crash806: I'm coming home from December 7-13 to celebrate the Holidays. It cost three times as much to fly home for actual Christmas so I'm going early. But I won't have a baby yet - just a 23 weeks along bump!

@Navy_Mommy: lol! my cousin plays for Oliver Ames football. I hear ya on the cost of Wrentham..we drive down that main road and drool over the old houses. Sigh. Attleboro I hear isn't too bad though with prices, depending on what part!

@sorrycharlie: I'm in Woonsocket, living in my husband's hometown. I am from the Boston area originally and we'll eventually move back waiting for the economy to get better so we can keep our two family as investment property.
