I have a ton of flat sheets because we don't use them on our beds. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I could repurpose them?

Just curious, why not use them?
They make good curtains. Tents for kids.

I quilt, so I usually use flat sheets as quilt backings. But I like the duvet idea! I've also used them as backings on curtains, and I've been meaning to make one into a few crib sheets and pack n play sheets.

I love the duvet idea! I've never sewn so hopefully it's not toooooooo difficult.
We don't use curtains either, but like the crib sheet idea. But I imagine the forgets would v beer hard.
@T.H.O.U.: I guess find them to be a hassel and don't see the purpose. We just use a fitted sheet and then have a comforter on top of us.

@Pumpkin Pie: oh ok. Do you wash your comforter frequently? To me that's the advantage of sheets so I don't have to wash the heavy comforter as frequently.

@T.H.O.U.: we use a duvet cover, and that gets washed maybe every 2-4 weeks depending on busy we are. We don't eat in bed so I guess I felt it wasn't necessary to wash it more often. I tried using a flat sheet, but I just keep getting tangled in it, and I hated making the bed with the flat sheet.

Another vote for no flat sheets. I actually found places on amazon where I can buy just the queen size fitted sheet.

My mom used to make extra pillow cases out of flat sheets- she used a flat sheet but didn't bother with them for us kids, but we always needed more pillow cases I guess. I think she also made curtains to match the bedding.
I hate washing my duvet cover- so annoying taking it off and putting back on- so I'm pro flat sheet all the way. But I've definitely seen them sold separately- often at TJ Maxx or the like.

I don't buy flat sheets! I only buy duvet sets or fitted sheets separately plus pillow cases.
I'd probably donate them to animal shelters.

It seems like our flat sheets are still in good shape when the fitted ones bite the dust so I always save one or two for beach blankets, they are nice and easy to shake out and don't take up much room at all in my bag. They are great for tents/pillow forts too!

My 4H club takes donation fabric to make dresses for a program called Little Dresses for Africa you could donate them somewhere local.

Could you make some cloth napkins or wipes? What about making something like book bags? Or you could cut one into strips and do one of those woven/plaited circular rug things?

I would save a few for forts or beach blankets as others suggested, and then I would donate the rest. I sew and occasionally buy old sheets to use as backing for certain fabrics/clothes.
