My sinuses are seriously congested and also infected. I can't breathe very well, am hacking up my sinuses and my voice is very deep due to a sinus drip.
Anyone else congested? What are your tricks to fix congestion?

Ugh. I woke up with sinus pressure and LO with a runny nose. It's coming. I use a Neti pot religiously.

Advil cold and sinus (from behind the counter) works best for me. And prescription nose spray

LO has been a snotty mess the last few days, and I woke up congested this morning. I use Otrivin sea water spray, gargle with salt water, steam it out in the shower, and make a huge pot of ginger tea with honey and lemon.

Allergies have hit me hard this year! I use a neti pot a few times a week and find that I usually get immediate relief. Sorry you're not feeling great

Not yet! I hear they're about to get realllly bad in DC in a matter of days. I took shots, was on 9 pills a day, and nothing worked. Surprisingly, once I started increasing my water intake, and doing saline rinses religiously, I'm doing much better.

I use the neti pot for my allergies. Allergy meds give me bad side effects. I keep forgetting to use it lately, though.
The pollen count is through the roof right now! My eyes were watering non-stop yesterday and I'm going through boxes of tissues!

This is making me wish I never threw out the neti pot I got for free and laughed off like, "why would I use that?!" Dang it. (yes... I'm miserably congested.)
