So, long story short is that the hinges on our 2012 City Mini are broken. I talked to the store where I bought it from and they said they've returned at least 5 others for the same issue. I called their customer service department and they sent me the steps I have to take.

This was in it:

Baby Jogger warrants that the frame is free of manufacture defects for the lifetime of the product and parts for one year from the date of purchase.It does not protect against accidental damage, damage from misuse, or normal wear and tear and is only valid in the country in which the stroller was originally purchased.

This was a freak thing. I went to fold it down and it stuck itself half open and wouldn't do anything. When we finally got it back open, the hinges had pushed themselves apart and now there are broken bits inside of it. The front part of the stroller no longer locks in place when it's folded down. I'm pretty pissed. A $250 stroller shouldn't break after just over a year of use. It was purchased December 23, 2012.

Anyway. Ive heard good things about their customer service. Anyone have an experiences?
