To jump start my fitness regimen, I cut carbs starting yesterday. I've never really done this before but I always hear that it's a great way to get quick weight loss, at least initially.
Anyone ever do this? Did you have good results? Any sugestions for recipes or snacks? Yesterday I had eggs only for breakfast, tilapia for lunch, and chicken breast for dinnr. Both meals with sauteed spinach bc I don't know what else is really "allowed."
Any info is appreciated!
