Well, considering the 1st day of May is already basically over I don't think I will be fulfilling this! lol. I guess I could technically do a 30 shred though since May has 31 days! Hmmmmm... I wonder how my supply would be affected....

@runsyellowlites: I did it when dd was little and it didn affect my supply. Just drink tons of water! I found all the workouts on YouTube! Gonna start now!!

Every night I decide what exercise I'm going to do the next day. Then the next day I sit on the couch and eat leftover Nestle Crunch eggs. I need a kick in the pants.

@chopsuey119: I will attempt this. But I'm planning on doing my ballet Barre DVD. Today I didn't do it but I did walk 3 miles so I am counting that!

@mrsjazz: Woohoo! I told DH that I'm gonna work out every day. Even if it means I run in place for 5 mins. Haha. Tougher than it sounds!

I'm not doing the shred but would love to try to workout every day this month as well. Did yoga yesterday and ran 3 miles today.
