DD just suddenly (within the last hour) developed this rash. It's only on her tummy and her forearms, nowhere else. It isn't raised, and it doesn't seem to be bothering her.
It almost looks like stripes.

I was going to say eczema as well. Could be a reaction to something you or she ate or something environmental.

I get rash like that from animals because I'm allergic to them. If I wash the dogs or cats that happens or if the cows lick me when I'm feeding them, I'll instantly start getting a rash that turns to hives. I'd say it's an allergic reaction to something but that's about as helpful as I can be

Are you in a new environment where she is crawling/scooting on the floor? That would explain the location.

Contact dermatitis? Anyone near for the holiday who might have perfume or lotion she's reacting to?

We're in our house (haven't left) and she hasn't eaten anything yet today. She had blueberries for the first time yesterday, but wouldn't the reaction have shown up sooner than the next day?

Since I was just at the ped's for this a couple days ago I can share that he mentioned that if it's food related sometimes it can take 2-3 days for the reaction to show up...
