I placed a Hanna Andersson order 2 weeks ago, and it still hasn't shipped! I called earlier in the week and they said it was in the "last stage" (on a pallet with other packages, ready to go) of the shipping process, but that was days ago and still no indication it has shipped. I have a hard time believing that a large company like this doesn't have a pickup from their delivery agent every day, which leads me to wonder if the package is lost, or if they're having a system-wide problem.
Is anyone else having shipping trouble with them right now? Trying to gauge whether there was some kind of system problem, or if it's just bad luck. FWIW, I've now been on hold waiting for a customer service rep for over 45 mins, which seems to indicate something is up!!!
