Hellobee Boards

Not a real regression, but DD has been sick this week, so it's been a tough one for sleep. She spent a couple of nights in our bed (breathing her germs on me of course) b/c she couldn't sleep in her crib. She took two amazingly long naps on Tuesday, which she really needed to kick her sickness, but then she was wide awake at bedtime and slept really badly on Tuesday night. This too shall pass. My fallback is always to just let DD sleep in bed with us when she can't sleep. It's something I swore I would never do, but it leads to the highest quality of sleep for our entire family, so it works!

We're in a some sort of phase right now and have been for almost a month! I'm exhausted, so I feel your pain. I have to put M to bed for the night at least 4-5 times before she stays asleep for any length of time. And the past couple of days she's been throwing in a bonus wake-up or two around 1-2 am. I seriously have no clue what's going on with her or what to do! So no advice, just sympathy!

I'd never heard of sleep regressions until hellobee and they terrify me! Hope you ladies get through yours soon
