I never bothered with them, but my favorite maternity jeans are skinny jeans. It's weird, but they actually make me look slimmer, and they look better with a lot of my maternity shirts.

Nooooooo!!!! I LOVE my skinny jeans!!!! I love them with boots, I love them with flats, I love them with heels, I love them with flip flops. I do not love them with closed toe non-heels, non-flats shoes though (i.e. brown runners, or funky shoes).
I've been wearing skinny jeans since I first moved to London, way back in the day when no one in the States was wearing them yet and I would come home to visit wearing my trendy 'London clothes'. Even though everyone's wearing them now, I still love them and shudder at the thought of boot cut and flares coming back in style (please no!!!) Keep 'em straight leg or skinny please!

i've never owned a pair. at first i thought they looked funny (and still think so on a lot of people who wear them; it's not a universally flattering look). then maybe a year or so ago, i decided to try a pair on. they make my knees look funny.
i've always been a fan of bootcut for everyday and flares to go with heels. i recently started wearing straight leg to be adventurous.

@Ree723: lol! I have some boot cuts but they aren't obnoxiously wide. I'm also terrified of flares.
I have 1 pair for boots, but they slide right off my butt. They won't go up over my hips..lol. Darn postpartum hips..

I just bought some skinny jeans this year.
I like wearing them with boots. I do like wearing them with flats but I need buy some more cuter flats. The shoes I wear with them are just ok.

yup ready for this trend to die... my calves dont fit in boots so i have no use for skinny jeans....

I just need jean trends to not change in general because I can't afford to keep up with the changing-fashion. I am still already behind, with only one pair of skinnies.

comment cracked me up!@sorrycharlie: You're right, boot cut in the true style of boot cut isn't bad; I was thinking more of flare jeans that are called bootcut when they're so clearly not! And I hear ya on the postpartum hips....definitely makes jeans shopping a bit more challenging!

I have pretty wide hips and thighs but I still rock the skinnies. I hate boot cut jeans because it is impossible to find shoes that look good with them.
Every time I wear boot cut jeans I am like what the heck do I wear on my feet??

I also HATE jeans tucked into boots but I know I'm in the minority there.
