I always hear CIO referenced as a short-term-pain kinda method to fix baby sleep but never as a long term plan..... It works for E - its the only thing that does work in fact - but she isn't improving! Some nights she goes straight to sleep but most nights she throws herself about and cries until she can't go on any more and passes out on her face. It usually only takes 15 or so minutes.....
Normal, right?? Or has it just "not worked" and I'm being stubborn and cruel putting her through it every night?
