Did you like it? Did it work well for you? Do you have no idea what I'm talking about?

I know what you're talking about because a friend of me tried to sell me on it. Expensive shakes, no food.....no thanks
Guess it depends what you want it to "work" and do for you. My friend ate like shit before Isagenix, then started Isagenix, and felt amazing. Funny how vitamins and minerals do that for you when you eat like crap, though!

I think whole foods are far more effective, healthy, and cost effective than the shakes/no food type regimens.

I hear you guys ---- I have two friends trying to sell me on it - but one is all about fad diets and easily embraces them. The other I am pretty shocked is into it - but she has lost a ton and kept it off for months now.
I also feel like I need food - but thought this could be a great jump start to something good. I guess it's shakes for breakfast & lunch - some snacks too - then a good clean dinner (GF & DF - I'm already GF). But no caffeine or alcohol. I could cut coffee but not sure about my wine! Ha.
I keep saying I don't need a gimmick to get me going, but I've been doing nothing about it for months!

@hellobeeboston: I eat mostly gluten free and dairy free just because I feel better when I do. We do a meal/grocery planning system called The Fresh 20, and it takes away all the guesswork for me. I make the meals for dinner, and eat the leftovers for lunch. All whole foods, and can be gluten free or dairy free (or both) depending on what plan you choose!

Yes, please eat real food! There's something to be said about the act of chewing and it leading to a feeling of satiety

i did the isagenix..... it was meh. I lost about 8lbs on it but it came right back and it totally derailed my work out routine.
My "cleanse coach" recommended not doing any strenuous exercise while doing the cleanse esp during the fasting juice days. so i didnt do my normal spin/hi-lo/kickboxing and it took me a really long time to get back into it.
do a little more research would be my recommendation- after the fact i learned the "powder" and tablet "snacks" are a clayish material that absorbs a lot of water (which is why you need to drink so much) and then that get expelled making it seem like you dropped a lot of pounds and cut a lot of bloat.
