Just thinking these two things (headaches and seltzer water) might be related after some informal research (aka trying to figure out what causes my terrible pregnancy headaches). Anybody experienced this?

Not for me - I am trying to drink less soda so I replaced it with seltzer water and its not giving me headaches

You could be sensitive to the carbon dioxide that makes it fizzy

I drink it all the time and don't get headaches.

I don't know what I would do if seltzer gave me headaches - it is the only thing I drink!
(well, and coffee...)Hope you find the source soon! And fingers crossed that it isn't from the seltzer.
