I have a friend who swears by her spiralizer for making "zoodles" (zuchini noodles) that her kids gobble up. I am also trying to cut down on the carbs and love the idea of zucchini spaghetti and meatballs.
Anyone have one? How do you like it, and do your kids "fall" for it?
I saw so many beautiful pictures on Amazon and expected to fall in love. But it's just kind of flimsy feeling to me and not worth the work. If I could have a do-over, I'd get a julienne peeler instead--takes up much less space!
