LO has been sounding really hoarse today, like he's lost his voice.
He's 4mo. He doesn't appear sick, no fever or runny nose.
Is this normal?
Have you had this happen before?
Should I call the pediatrician?

This has never happened to me before but it wouldn't hurt to give the pediatrician a call. Maybe he's coming down with a sore throat?

@T-Mom: I think I'll give it a day and if its still like that tomorrow I'll call.
@Weagle: @PrincessBaby: ok glad to know it does happen. I was alternating between freaking out.....and thinking that I used to lose my voice from screaming at concerts.

@wheres_c: My LO's voice comes back in a few days or so. Sometimes she looses it from crying, sometimes she just wakes up hoarse. If he doesn't seem bothered by it, it's probably fine. There's not a whole lot you can do.
