Hi, my son has this weird blotchy red spot next to his nose. Low grade fever of 100.5 and acting pretty lethargic. He’s also been complaining his nose feels blocked but he doesn’t seems to have any snot or congestion. Have any of your kids had similar symptoms?

I’ve been lurking on HelloBee for years without an account, but I wanted to reply to this. It looks/sounds like cellulitis; my son has had it before though in a different area. Mark the edges with a pen or black marker to see if the redness is spreading. I would call your pediatrician or take him to an urgent care asap.
