Did anyone POAS and not see a visible positive result even though it was?
Mine have looked pretty blank/white to me but I've seen pictures of other peoples HPTs which are positive and they look just as blank to me. Am I blind?!

I peed on a Wondfo and it was questionable so I bought digital tests at Target. The Wondfo got darker while I was gone!

@AutumnLove - I did a Wondfo this morning and then thought maybe I didn't leave it in my pee long enough to tried another test (Babi brand). I'm tempted to fish them out of the garbage when I get home (although I know not reliable at all...) I have to go to Target this weekend so I think I'm going to grab a different test, just in case.

I'd retest in the morn!
My first test I just wasn't sure... it was so light I thought it was an evap line.

@Bao - I did twice this morning with cheapo strip tests. I'm at about a 32 day cycle now with no AF yet. I know it might come even later but still, it's annoying in the meantime. I have to go to Target this weekend so maybe a different brand test will be better?

@runsyellowlites - I kinda want to check the garbage tonight, even though it won't be reliable, LOL. If my sore nipples, light cramp on one side, hiccups were any signs, they were last weekend. I should've had AF by now, if that was the case.

@LindsayInNYC: If it helps at all, these are my Wondfos from yesterday (morning and evening) that had seriously questionable lines. This afternoon I took another Wondfo and the line was no darker, but a First Response Early Result taken with the same urine was absolutely a BFP. Even though they're supposed to be one of the most sensitive brands, I think in general the Wondfos are harder to read.
Keep us posted, good luck!

I really like te dollar store tests. They seem to be easier to read then te Internet cheapies.
I would buy like ten dollar store cheapies and then one or two digital tests. I think the earlier response ones are best for testing early.
Comin off of pills though you may just have a really wonky cycle. I would give it a day or two and retry.

@LindsayInNYC: I used the clearblue brand of the digital. However, I already had a dark BFP on an internet cheapie...

@lindsayinnyc: this was me last month (first cycle off BCP) and I could have sworn I was pregnant ( nausea, exhaustion etc) but I got AF on CD33. Now it's here on CD 23. Yay for going off the pill!

I took a dollarstore cheapo at 9dpp - stark white. Then I took another cheapo at 11dpo - and after 2 min there was a faint, faint line (defintiely more than id seen in past months when ot was stark stark white). then took a FRER and it was VERY positive - the test was as dark as the control! Makes me wonder if I could have gotten a positive earlier with it, but they're so $$$ I didn't want to waste them

@mango.sprays: I was very similar. I did a Wondfo at 12dpo and there was something there-- it was too light to even call a line, so I did another one (same cup of pee) and same thing-- it was SO light but there was something there-- DH could see it too. I didn't count it as a BFP yet though. The next day I took a First Result Early Result and it was definitely positive. The Wondfo that day was still faint.
@LindsayInNYC: Do NOT fish it out of the garbage. I did this one month and there was def something there but it was an evap line and I was so much more upset. Just wait until tomorrow and do a fresh test. I do think FRER are the best.

@LindsayInNYC: Did you get an FRER or digital?? This thread inspired me to pick up a FRER and try that instead of the Wondfos tomorrow morning. The Wondfos always look negative, but also vaguely positive. (I swear they all get a little ghost of a line if you look at them long enough!!) Crossing my fingers for you!!

I absolutely had to get help (from weddingbee) to tell whether there was just an evap line or whether it was a BFP.
I would recommend trying an FRER am if you get any kind faint line (like on my test) then take a digital.

@Mrs. Blue: wow yea, that line would make you think eyes are playing tricks!

@Mrs. Blue: that's a pretty faint line, I could see why you needed help!

@TwoDogHouse - I bought a box of 3 FRER (Target brand) today but haven't tested yet. They're so expensive so I want to give it some more time in case it is just my body regulating post-BC. We BD today because that encourages AF sometimes do we'll see!

Yes! The first time I tested the month I was pregnant, I was. Pretty sure it was negative and then looked again in the sunlight and thought I maybe saw a line. Took a digital and it was positive.

I see a line!
eta: now I feel like a tard, that's what I get for not reading everything or paying attention. Can't wait for you to retest!
wonderful cherry / 21504 posts
@LindsayInNYC: Good luck! Good for you holding out. I was test happy with the Wondfos but didn't do the FRER until I had the questionable Wondfos that day before-- they are too pricey to waste!

I had a clear blue easy digital give me a positive when my HCG never went above 6. So if you really aren't sure, I say invest in some of those.
blogger / pomelo / 5361 posts
@runnerd: @Bao: @hilsy85: Yeah, it was super faint! I thought it was negative at first glance, but it caught the light just the right way so I could see that there was some kind of line. I just wasn't sure whether it was a BFP line. Like Hilsy85, I took a digital just a couple hours later and it came up positive right away!

Yes lol. I had a questionable line so the next day I POAS-6 of them!
As much as it stinks waiting, that's the best advice

Tested again this morning and nothing. No AF either. Damn you post-BC cycle!
hostess / wonderful watermelon / 39513 posts
@LindsayInNYC: Dang, I hope you get good news soon!
bananas / 9229 posts
@AutumnLove - I'll take ANY news at this point! At least AF gives me some more wine time
hostess / wonderful honeydew / 32460 posts
I tested on a wondfo and tossed it bc I didn't see anything. Went to the bathroom 10 mins later, glanced in the trash and was shocked when I saw 2 lines!
Tested again on a first response test and got confirmation that I was pregnant with baby 2!

@LindsayInNYC: eh, treat yourself to wine! i had a mixed drink the night before my bfp & my LO is totally fine

@SorryCharlie - It's more DH's paranoia than mine... I'm trying to get in the habit of not wanting it!

@LindsayInNYC: you've probably seen my posts on the POAS board but all 3 of my blue dye tests showed a positive after the testing time. One was more visable with in the window of testing time the others not so much. Digital was negitive this am. Basicly what I'm say is I'm in the same boat as you right now.

@Sugar.Biscuit: What brands have you used? This is a pretty interesting site - http://www.peeonastick.com/hptfaq.html AND http://www.peeonastick.com/hpts.html
nectarine / 2063 posts
I completely forgot about that site! The brand I'm having problems with is the walgreens early results blue dye tests. I just called the company and they said that's very common with blue dye tests. So done buying those lol. Also the dollar store tests almost always show an evap line when I test.
