I want to take DD1 to a movie this weekend and everyone is raving about Jungle Book, but I'm wondering if it is too scary for a 3 1/2 year old. She does great with cartoons but I wonder if the "live action" will scare her more? Can anyone input?

We saw it this past weekend and loved it!
For the record, J isn't phased by scary in movies. There were definitely some dark/scary parts.

I've heard great things about the movie, but not sure I'll be taking DS1 to it (he is easily scared) until after I've seen it first.

My MIL has seen it as have a couple of adult friends. All strongly advised NOT to take LO - which was the same sense I got from the trailers.
I want to see it, but it looks too too much for my almost 4 year old.
