I have it and got it partially based on feedback I got from these boards! I love it, but since switching cleansers it's not working as well for me. I think I have to go back to using either the cleanser it came with or the Philosophy one I was using for a while.

Love it. I wasn't a fan of the included cleanser though. I use Neutrogena Oil-free Acne wash with it.

I have the full-sized Clairsonic brush and I LOVE IT! My skin has never felt cleaner. While I broke out initially (from the pores unclogging).... now my skin is the most clear/clean its been in years... (it's not magic, but it does a really great job exfoliating/cleansing).
I also am not a fan of the cleanser and use Aveeno or Cetaphil with it

I have the original, full sized Clarisonic and I love it! I've had it for 5+ years and swear by it. I use Cetaphil instead of the cleanser that comes with it.
If you are on the fence about it, buy it from Sephora because they will let you return it if you don't like it (even if you use it).
