I've been long overdue for a new phone and have heard nothing but good things about the pixel 3. I saw they had a promotion going on so I ordered it and I'm excited to get it in the mail. Most people I know stick to iphone/samsung. I only know one person in real life using the pixel. Do any of you use it? Do you like it?

I just got one about a month ago. My old phone was very old so I was blown away by the update. But my favorite thing is the Google Assistant screening phone calls. Oh and being able to delete practically any apps I don't want. The camera is also very good.

I've had the pixel XL (original) and now the XL 3
I'm a reformed iPhone user, but hate Samsung. It is like the iPhone of Android. You get updates faster, the camera is amazing, it's easy to use, USB-C charger is amazingly fast, and it's compatible with Wear OS (it's Google tech in tons of watch brands) and the cheapest Smartwatch I've come across.

@brownepiano: Yes the camera was one of my biggest selling points! I didnt even know you could get rid of apps you don't want. So many of them are forced on you with samsung.
@Sams Mom: Oh that sounds great! I thought about waiting for the 4 but my current phone is several years old and is dying so i went ahead and ordered the 3. Took advantage of the $200 off deal too.

I have the Pixel 3 and I love it. We are also on Google Fi, which is Google's wireless service.

I have a pixel 2 xl (would have bought the regular size but got it cheap from a friend. And it was a warranty claim so it was basically new when I got it)
I love this phone! It has really cool features I actually use and I just like it more than I've liked Galaxy or iPhoneI use it on mint mobile and am super pleased with that also. I get a whole year of phone service for 180 bucks. It works pretty well all the places we've travelled as well

@Mrsbells: We had AT&T before, and the coverage has been about the same. As far as cost goes, switching to Google Fi cut our wireless bill in half. We are very happy with it.

DH and I both got one around Christmas and I LOVE it. It was so easy to set up as it basically transferred everything from my old phone directly. The screen call function is fantastic and I'm pretty sure the camera is better than my DSLR. Also, DH has been a die hard iPhone user since day one and is wondering why he didn't switch sooner.
My only complaint is that the charger itself isn't standard at all, which I get is how a lot of them are. However, I don't like that the end that plugs into the piece that is the fast charger isn't a USB end. Therefore, I can't connect my phone to the USB charger in my car without buying another attachment.
