I'm ready to start trying to get into running again after a year long hiatus. I thought it might be fun to have some other bees who are starting for the first time/starting again/or working toward a new goal to chat & motivate each other to keep going.

Anyone want to join?

My goal for this week is to be able to run 1 1/2 miles by Sunday without walking. It sounds so short, but in my present shape that's a big goal for me.
