I discovered it last year and binge-watched it and was so excited for the premiere last night! I just love that whole family and all the relationships. It's one of the only shows I watch these days.
My favorite line last night:
Crosby (about his new baby): "I haven't felt like myself for THREE DAYS!!"

Ryan & amber made me cry! So happy!
I wanted to smack the bravermans when they wouldn't leve Crosby & jasmines house!
An "I need 8 hours of sleep!" I would have laughed in his face if my husband ever said that to me!!

@Mrs. Jump Rope: oh my god, i turned to my husband as the Bravermans paraded in to their house right when they got back from the hospital and I was like "this terrifies me more than the labor scene!" I can't even imagine...especially since they've all been there - they all have children! SOOO happy for Amber

I just watched it and I loved it so much! I laughed so hard when he said to his baby that some day she'd be worth it but right then he hated her. I expect I'm going to feel a lot like that the first few weeks. I'm one of those people who "need" 8 hours of sleep. So um, I might want to die haha.

I'm not reading all the comments because I'm literally watching te pilot right now. I almost cried when the kids were mean to the little boy, just imagining anyone ever being mean to my baby. Hormones.

I love that show! DH and I watched it when it was on Netflix, so we haven't seen any episodes beyond that (we don't have cable). So I tread amongst spoilers, but that's okay 
When we were throwing around baby names for LO this past year, I wanted so much to name him "Crosby." DH thinks I'm waaay too crunchy granola to begin with and had forbidden "hippie baby names." Apparently that carried over to naming babies after "folksy musicians." Pffft. Considering we ended up naming LO "Dylan" after Bob Dylan, that didn't hold up very well, but Crosby didn't pan out for me.

@Mae: right!? I got a laugh out if that too. I need my sleep, too, but in the early weeks I was running on adrenaline and didn't care
. @Pirouette: it seriously made me angy that he justified them being there and said he couldn't force them to leave. I welcomed visitors but on my terms, and would be really upset if I really needed to rest but couldn't.

I just watched it this morning!!! So good!! I definitely cried happy tears for Ryan and Amber. They got tears from me in the premiere so I'm clearly screwed for the season haha.

Love Parenthood! I also binge watched the previous seasons during the early nursing days with DD, and I'm so excited about the new season. I haven't seen last night's episode yet though!

DH and I LOVE this show! So glad it got picked up again as every season seems to be up in the air. I think it slowly picked up more and more viewers.
Love the song they played for Amber's reunion and OMG, the family taking over the house and the Grandpa sleeping on the sofa! I was so annoyed for Jasmine!

Also, anyone know if Haddie is out of the show now or something??? I know she is in college, but just curious if we will ever hear of her this season.

Yes! I scrolled down to the bottom on this fast though to avoid any possible spoiler alerts--didn't see the premiere. I wish my family all lived close together like that. I love the show.
