We catch a few episodes here and again on Netflix. It is hilarious!!

The premise is this guy (Elijah Wood) basically has a mental lapse and starts seeing his neighbors dog as a dude dressed up in a dog costume. It sounds ridiculous but it works. The guy in the costume still acts like a dog...so if you have dogs the jokes really hit home.
