We needed weather related items for #2 (#1 was a summer baby and #2 was a fall baby) so we needed buntings, shower cap style car seat cover, etc.

Double stroller, convertible car seat, diapers, bottles/nipples, sippy cups, other feeding supplies like bibs or bowls or spoons?

Diapers, wipes, a and d, new changing pad if your old one is groty, new baby book (Lucy darling sells on amazon now), disposable chux (we used them a ton to line swings, car seats, etc when she was tiny and having blowouts, any stuff your older kid might need that is worn out (or Christmas gifts!?), nursing bras, maybe one of those shower cap style car seat covers in case you have chillier Florida winter mornings?

Did you have a carrier with your first? I didn't but loved it for my second!

What's your sleeping set up. Do you have enough sheets? We need more for our second LO on the way (between home and eventual daycare and having enough back ups).

The big things we knew we'd need for #2 were:
-Monitor (definitely still using DD's with her)
-Stroller, (ditto above), but ended up getting secondhand from a friend
-Infant carseat (DD's was borrowed/returned from a friend who moved, but we got another one from a different friend)
-A couple of pieces of nursery furniture, since DD is still using her nightstand and glider, so bought a dresser and glider and nighstand for DS's new nursery
-New nursery art, but you probably aren't getting that on Amazon though

Pretty much everything else we still had from DD so just planning to use it again. Baby #2 is a boy but we received a mountain of clothes from friends so all good there.

I’d consider adding the next-size-up car seat for LO1. You’ll need to move both kids up in car seats eventually, so might as well get a discount!
