How long should I plan to track newborn feedings and diaper changes? Are there any good apps you used for this? Kinda clueless about this, but it was mentioned in our birth class last night... Thanks!!

I used Baby Connect due to the recs here. Now I almost exclusively use it to track milestones and pediatrician appts (height/weight/vaccines).

I used an excel spreadsheet, posted on the fridge, in case someone other than me needed to access the data.

I have the What to Expect Baby app. I was super obsessed with it and tracked all of my LO's diaper changes, naps and meals for the first 20 months! (Crazy, I know) Now I just log her sleep

It was awhile back but Similac is for breast feeding moms too and it will give you an analysis of the baby's patterns. Like how long on which side. I think it does sleep patterns too.
