@madisonbee: you could always save them in case you need them next cycle, or return if this is your month?
@dominobee: thanks lady! I'm actually feeling okay. A little surprised since we've been lucky to get pregnant on the first try, but I am AMA now so who knows if that's going to make a difference this time.

@Coral: hmmm. I would say it's full blown now but probably around 2pm ish. I can wait and call tomorrow CD1. Thanks!

@madisonbee: I finally got a positive OPK late last night and this morning! Finally!
@bushelandapeck: If it was full blown at 2pm, I would call that day CD 1. It's whatever day it becomes full flow. On to new starts!
@dominobee: Since I finally got a positive OPK, I'll make my POAS date April 16th

How is everyone's Monday? Peeing on everything in sight?
I feel so unmotivated today!
pear / 1553 posts
Trigger Saturday evening, BD Sunday & Monday mornings. Will BD tomorrow morning as well. I'm crossing all my fingers and toes this cycle... I really, really hope it works.
I told DH that if we don't get pregnant this cycle I want to try IUI next cycle. He was sort of hesitant. But I reminded him that every cycle with the RE costs me hundreds of dollars. So far I haven't asked him to pitch in on this - the only thing he paid for was his sperm analysis which, since he has better insurance than I do, only cost him like $15. I'm hoping he will come around to trying IUI next cycle. I'm getting really impatient and all this crap is draining my HSA.

@mrskansas: I'm sorry
@dominobee: I hope he comes around - sounds like a good plan!

@Mrs.Panda: Same and already distracted even though it's like day 1 (or maybe 0) of the TWW!

@dominobee: I hope this is your cycle but I think you have a good plan. Let me know if you have any IUI questions.

@snarkybiochemist: Thanks! Curious if you ever did the Clomid/HCG/progesterone combo w/o IUI, with just timed intercourse?
nectarine / 2180 posts
@dominobee: I did one cycle of Clomid/HCG trigger/progesterone and TI and it didn't work I did femera/HCG trigger/progesterone for my IUI.

Since AF hasn't arrived I decided to test one last time just because. Not sure what to think.

@dominobee: I have been POAS a ridiculous amount -- all . I'm only 9dpo, but, given my luteal phase it is tomorrow or never for a to show up.
I got my (super faint) with LO at what was either 7 or 8 DPO. I know every pregnancy is different, but, I'm feeling out already.

@mrskansas: Wow! When was AF due? Do you have betas scheduled this month?
nectarine / 2813 posts
@dominobee: I think I'm either 12 or 13 dpo. So I'm not feeling too confident. But I'll take another test in the morning and if there's still a line I'll go in for betas
nectarine / 2813 posts
@knittylady: yes I tested yesterday and maybe a tiny shadow but I didn't trust it.
I decided to do blood work today so I should know this afternoon. Going into the lab now.

@mrskansas: Good thinking. Feel free to give the lab my number so I can know as soon as possible

Directly after the surgery I was feeling really good about taking2-3 months off from trying - but in the past few days I've started feeling impatient and ready to go after this current cycle. In general with ectopic pregnancy that ends in surgery they say to wait 2 cycles or three months, whichever comes first. However when I talked to my OB during my post-op visit she said that since she had to put a few stitched on the outside of my uterus (partially cornual ectopic) she would really suggest 8 weeks for that to heal, but if I were to get pregnant even in this cycle it wouldn't be the worst thing... Help! What to think/do?!

@knittylady: I say go with your feelings when the time comes (if you are going to track ovulation) or just ntnp ... leave it up to fate. I'm no doctor clearly but I think with losses it can help with healing to have something to look forward to. And if I remember correctly that you lost a tube I'd say can't hurt to give yourself more chances. I also feel like in my case we may need kind of a practice cycle for dh and I to feel normal about trying again. But most of all do what feels right to you!!

@bhbee: I was thinking the same sort of thing. We'll use condoms this month (when I'm not sore anymore and DH isn't worried about me medically) and then maybe next month pull them but try not to obsess?
And yeah they took the tube. Trying for number three we got pregnant 3/4 cycles but obviously none were quite right. I'm hoping that we'll swap ease of conception for a sticky babe that takes a bit longer to get to??? (Jedi mind tricks y'all)
cantaloupe / 6086 posts
@knittylady: Hoping we can both try next month I am horrible at not obsessig though!
I like to think we already paid our dues with multiple losses and deserve a sticky baby asap

Alright blood test was negative. Most likely a chemical or a weird test.
