    @Raindrop: since my temp was still low, I didn't test. I figure I'll ride it out.

    Ugh, I'm acting like I'm new to this process and annoying myself. Just ignore me.

    @Crystal: @MrsMcD: Any updates from you ladies?

    @littlek: Thanks for checking up on us I'm CD10 and STILL spotting/very lightly bleeding. Lame, long periods. Other than that, I got nothin'!

  7. Crystal

    grapefruit / 4028 posts

    @doxielove: has it always been this way? That is long!

    I'm out, I had some brown cm yesterday, and I just know that means I'm getting AF today. At least I'll have a temping chart to compare to now!

    @Crystal: I'm sorry... big hugs friend!

    @littlek: thanks.

    I was more sad the day of the temp dip. Yesterday I was just mad! Lol it's just so frustrating to keep trying and have great timing and not getting it. Ugh.

    @Crystal: I'm so sorry AF is on her way. At least you have 1 month of charting under your belt!

    My periods have gotten progressively longer over the past 3-4 months. Yesterday I realized that given my cycle lengths, I'm literally bleeding 1/3 of every month. Super.

    @Crystal: I'm sorry, friend. One of the reasons I actually stopped temping once I felt confident in the regularity of my O was that I had *beautiful* charts every month. And every single one of those beautiful, hopes-raising charts ended in AF. I can handle a BFN, but I couldn't handle those beautiful charts.

    @doxielove: That is annoying. Are they heavy and then taper off or just kind of light the whole time?

    No real update here. It's O day (yay!!), but I kind of blundered with DH and I think he feels like a piece of meat. I pushed a bit too much in my timing excitement and had a failed BD attempt this morning. I know it's not me (there are a hundred million other factors right now), but it still hurts. Things just haven't been the same since DD and there is a whole mess of hormones wrapped up in that (apparently the smell of their baby causes lowered T levels in men - biological protection against straying? - and I am super self-conscious after having a baby.) I'm going to give him a break for now and we'll only make tonight or tomorrow if *he* wants to. So my timing, which started SO great, will just be okay this cycle. O-5, O-4, O-3, and O-1. But I'm going to be okay with that and just let this cycle go. My super left-brainedness (not a word) has a hard time letting go of control with TTC, but I feel like there has to be a little bit of fate involved for me. So. I'm letting go.

    @septca: That's awesome timing. I personally think you have all your bases covered and would only BD more if you wanted to. BD fail is the worse.. we HAVE all been there.

    @littlek: Yeah. They suck. I am telling myself that the O-3 to O-1 break means that the O-1 swimmers were super high quality and are now perfectly positioned. The things we imagine when TTC...

    @septca: I love that visualization!

    My temp went down slightly today, so FF is keeping my CH at CD11, for now. I did not do another opk today because I'm over it. We didn't BD last night because my allergies were OUT OF CONTROL and I passed out early. Maybe we can make it happen tonight. I got lots of positive experiences on my early ovulation post, so that makes me hopeful. The again, I'm trying to not be too hopeful and just take all of this one day at a time. Spring Break is next week - YAY!!!

    @Crystal: One thing my OB says that makes me feel better is that either pregnancy occurs or it doesn't. It's as simple as that. We have no control and can only do our best and hope for the best. It is so hard, though. Hugs.

    @doxielove: Hi friend! Thanks for checking in. I'm out. AF came yesterday afternoon.

    I'm now on my 12th cycle TTC.

    But I'm happy about so many other things in my life so I'm not too bummed out.

    @septca: Yes, we have all had plenty of BD fail experiences. But I agree with @littlek: that you have a pretty good amount of BDes in place to give you a good chance for a bfp this cycle.

    @littlek: Thanks, friend. DH had his annual doctor's appointment with the gp and I sent a little note with him asking for a SA to be ordered. DH called me after his appointment and said, all flabbergasted, "The doctor said its NORMAL to be trying to get knocked up for 12 months." I just laughed and was like "please just do as I say." Its better if the guys just don't ask questions.

    @MrsMcD: cd2, I think. I kinda started AF yesterday, but it came in full force today.

    You're cd 2? I love being cd twins! That means this will be our cycle and we can have babies on the same day.

    @septca: This is the reason why I get confused when people tell someone to POAS because they have a good-looking chart. My charts look "beautiful" every month, and then they always drop right on the day I get my period, which I always do.

    BFN today at 13 DPO. On the bright side, for the last three months I would have had EDDs right around Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, and I'm happy to be out of that patch. I'd prefer not to have a due date right next to a major holiday. On to January.

    @Crystal: Sorry you are out.

    I'm trying to respond on my cell phone and it's giving me some trouble, so sorry for not being able to call everyone out individually, but thank you so much for your support. It really means a lot to me. ❤

    @littlek: Thanks for checking in on us.

    @doxielove: That's sucky! Sorry For me... my cycles have been getting longer and longer but my periods are still the same.

    @Crystal: @MrsMcD: I'm sorry! BUT it's cute to hear that you two are CD twin though.

    @septca: Sounds like good BDing timing! FX.

    @PawPrints: I was telling my DH if we try this month we might have a X-mas baby and DH was like let's do it! I also would rather have it in Jan but I would still be very happy with an X-mas baby too!

    Still no AF at CD39... I will probably test on Sunday unless AF shows up by then. My longest cycle was CD40 which was last month ... and my cycles are getting longer and longer so we will see.

    @PawPrints: Sorry about the bfn today. But I'm like you and didn't want a baby around the holidays. (Although I'd really take a baby any day of the year.) I prefer a springtime baby so each month that goes on with bfn gets me closer to having a spring baby. Silver linings.....

    @Crystal: @MrsMcD: Can I not live out in the middle of nowhere and have a baby by you both too?!? 91/55 is where my Brother and his family live! Im only 2hrs away

    Sorry you are both out Hugs

    @PawPrints: Boo to bfn. When is AF due?

    I stopped progesterone last night and had a long convo with my RE yesterday. This coming cycle I will be a cheerleader, as he has scheduled a bunch of tests for me next week, so we'll be taking a forced break. I have been mourning over the fact I will not have a baby in 2014, and it sounds a little silly, but it's been really hard for me to accept. Too many what-ifs. Anyone want to take a beach vacation with me?!

    @Kelli_Deluxe: I forgot you are close to us!! (I hope your brother isn't in Tustin. A gunman is at large and schools are locked down. Yikes!) The beach is overcast today so you aren't missing anything. But seriously, I love the beach all the time. I'm always up for a gorgeous beach hike in Dana Point!

    @Kelli_Deluxe: Hugs. I hope the testing provides some answers.

    Can someone slap some sense into me and stop me from symptom spotting?!? Headache today, 4 dpo (if FF is right). That means nothing, right? Last night I fell asleep before 9pm, but that was likely due to my crazy allergies.

  36. Kelli_Deluxe

    apricot / 288 posts

    @MrsMcD: They live in Orange and my nieces are itty bitty, so no school for them! How scary though! I feel like these things are becoming way too prominent. I haven't been to Dana Point in years! But I could def use exercise in a pretty place! We should plan something!

    @mrs. tictactoe: Thank you! He's running the whole gambit from egg reserve, to pituitary gland, to thyroid, plus an hsg! Part of me wants there to be SOMETHING, you know?

    Symptom spotting is the worst! I would get to the point where I couldn't tell if I was having a symptom or just thinking too much and imagining. Good luck! Hopefully you get your allergies to settle down!

  38. mrs. tictactoe

    blogger / pomegranate / 3201 posts

    @Kelli_Deluxe: I totally get what you mean by wanting them to just find something.

    I never trust myself anymore, but a headache... now that's something I can't make up, right? lol

    Oh and I almost forgot - I woke up super dizzy yesterday and it went in and out all day. Sigh... where's my crystal ball?

    @mrs. tictactoe: here's your crystal ball! Lol

    I know, I wish I could see what was going on in there. Or if I could just *know* what month would be my month.
