@LindsayInNY: Oh okay. That's a bummer! Maybe a name change or a completely new user id is in order?

@MrsMccarthy: How old are you? I only ask since you put your age in play with the "older age" comment.

@dc yoga bee: I don't think that anesthesia, oxycodone, or Motrin will in any way change your ovulation date. Sorry you are on cycle 6 but I hope you find this thread helpful. Its a nice and relaxing thread without too much hype.

@LindsayInNY: What kind of a weird loser stalks a poor girl's activity on an infertility forum??

@MrsMcD: I was totally thinking about that for LindsayInNY but didn't have the right words. Thank you for saying what I wanted to say!

@MrsMcD: Thanks so much for rooting for me! but I don't know... not feeling it for it being my month. I would love it to happen but at the same time okay if it doesn't.

@Raindrop: You were much nicer with a calm, "that's a bummer."
And I understand about "not feelin' it." Its a tough journey but you will get there soon. In the meantime, have a little hope!

@MrsMcD: hehe no problem asking. I totally opened up for it. I will be turning 37 in June. Had a low AMH result back in November 2011 just before conceiving my son on a lucky break. I also have two small uterine fibroids one is inside my uterus. It was only 2CM when I conceived my son. Hoping it hasn't grown.

@LindsayInNY: I am so sorry someone is so sad that they are making your life harder. You deserve better my dear. Hugs

@MrsMccarthy: Thanks for sharing. Its nice to get to know you a little better. Its sad for anyone to think 37 is old in any situation. I hope you can catch a second lucky break TTC this time around.
honeydew / 7295 posts
@MrsMcD: haha thank you. I'm not being put out to pasture by any means but once you are my age trying for 6 months is more like a year since egg quality and quantity can start to diminish more quickly. At 6 months they like to have you seen for testing as opposed to a year of trying. That said I do feel like my first couple cycles breast-feeding might make it harder to get a true picture. By end of summer it will be time for interventions. I am as exhausted as anyone trying for this many cycles though.

@LindsayInNY: that's frikkin insane. I'd delete my name and start a whole new account so my posts wouldn't follow me.
bananas / 9229 posts
@Raindrop: I thought about both... I think a new account would be the best option. I don't know if a new user name would be totally secure, especially with how she seems to be thus far.
@MrsMcD: Oh, and then publicizes it at work?! Nothing I'd rather talk to my boss about than my IF...
@CupQuakeWalk: I was given a couple options... Change this name, create new account and transfer gold... I suppose I could also delete this account entirely but my pomelo status!

@LindsayInNY: Ack, I'm sorry you've been found out! That's my worst nightmare. Confession: my husband doesn't even know I post on here! (He knows I visit the site, but that's about it!) Anyways, I second @CupQuakeWalk. I'd delete your account and start fresh!

@septca: Doing OK! I took your rec and went out for doughnuts yesterday and it worked! I felt better, haha.
Can you, please put me at 4/27? I can't say where i'll be in my cycle on the 27th, but i'm testing anyway because we have a vacation planned for that week so i'll test before we hop on the plane. Thank you:)

@doxielove: lol! My husband asked me if I tell the HB girls about our ttc struggle and i'm like, "um, it's all we EVER talk about!" He was glad when I changed my username on here right as we started ttc, in case anyone found me.

@doxielove: LOL. My husband knows I post here... I don't think he has any idea how much I post though... Though it's just the type of person he is... back when I use to keep a blog, he was not interested with what I shared with the world.
@CupQuakeWalk: Yay you are on the board now. Good luck! FX for you and the 27!
@septca: Thanks for reposting this.
I did not pee on any sticks today either. I don't know I guess I just don't want to see the stark white lines. So I think I might just wait for AF to show up, but we will see.... I seem to go back and forth about this... do I want to know.... do I *not* want to know.
I am feeling a some cramps today so maybe AF will come soon! I'm CD44 (yay long cycles! *sarcasm*)

@doxielove: My husband knows in the back of his mind that I "have internet friends," and think he would prefer not to know more. I have a couple of friends from my 6+ month group on WB that I know and talk to often in real life, and he is always like, "wait, how do you know them again?" What he doesn't know can't hurt him.
@CupQuakeWalk: Moved you! FX.
@Raindrop: I get it. But you are listed for Friday which means you are REQUIRED to POAS.
I will probably start POAllthSs tomorrow. No joke. That's insanely early and a complete waste of money but I don't care. I am feeling it this month. And then I have a good, long laugh at myself because I have been completely, totally, 100% *positive* that I was KU every single one of the 19 cycles I have TTCed. I wish I could tell the newbs that in a way that ddn't come off as condescending or too negative... at least I have the experience and the outlook to be able to laugh at myself at this point (I POAS early and often and try not to let myself get too down about it... since I have only been right 5.5% of the times...).
grapefruit / 4731 posts
@septca: Man I can't tell you how much I love you lady.
Every single time I read anything you write it brings a smile to my face.
Also "But you are listed for Friday which means you are REQUIRED to POAS. " - Made me totally LOL at work!

I don't know what's going on with my cycle... I OPKed the days I usually get positives (based on past cycles) and they were negative. I stopped temping then started again after the negatives and I'm definitely having post-O temps. I'm on CD23. Usually my cycles are 31-32 days (without progesterone). I've been having small amounts of brown CM since CD17 or 19. Today there's more and some red earlier when I wiped. I've been uber stressed and assumed O would've been delayed, if anything. Or if O was early because of acupuncture? I've never had a short cycle like this though, or whatever it is. Anyone have any insight as to what might be going on? Way to possibly ruin my vacation stupid body...
grapefruit / 4731 posts
@LindsayInNY: *Hugs* Sorry you are going through this!
If it makes you feel better... my AF has never been this delayed before and I kind of didn't believe I Oed on CD32 a couple of pages back so we only BDed that night. Now it's looking more and more like it was actually my O! DOH! I really wished we BDed more around that time. I'm really kicking myself.
GOLD / pomegranate / 3688 posts
@LindsayInNY: I'm gonna ask the elephant in the room question, but... you've tested, right?
bananas / 9229 posts
@Raindrop: I've never had a "gear up to O but don't O" moment otherwise I'd think that was the case. So bizarre. There was one cycle where I Oed late, around CD28 and I was kicking myself for not continuing to BD as often after... Such a mind game!
@septca: I tested last cycle (after progesterone blood work and whatnot) and got full AF. Plus had pre-O temps, creamy pre-O CM... I've never Oed early and never had this brown spotting/CM/whatever this early in a cycle. That's what's so weird.
GOLD / pomegranate / 3688 posts
@LindsayInNY: I know. I say you're either having a short, annovulatory cycle, or your body is still gearing up to O. (FWIW, I had some weird spotting right before O this cycle - I have never had that before.)
bananas / 9229 posts
@septca: I don't think it's gearing up to O because my temps are so high (like normal post-O temps). And I've never had an annovultory cycle either. It's gonna mess up next cycles planned medicated plan if AF arrives over vacation though....
grapefruit / 4731 posts
@LindsayInNY: Wow such mind games definitely. You should keep testing. It is quite possible you are Oing really late. FX!
coconut / 8475 posts
@LindsayInNY: do you trust your temps? Maybe they're a little thrown off because of your changed atmosphere? Is your sleep relatively the same?
@Raindrop: OH NO DEAR, you're not getting out of poas for us. We live vicariously through our next schedule POASer.
bananas / 9229 posts
@Raindrop: But why the high BBT and spotting stuff now?! I need answers body lol!
@littlek: A short cycle is gonna throw off the planned IUI if AF starts over vacation though
bananas / 9229 posts
@CupQuakeWalk: I have no reason not to trust my temps. And I don't think anything has changed with my sleep? It's the spotting/discharge that is concerning me now. Ugh, stupid body.
