Just wanted to say good luck, everyone! Seems lots of bees will be testing soon and I just wanted to say my fingers and toes are crossed for you!

@HellOnHeels: yay testing! I have a good feeling for you. fX!

@whenoceansrise: we had almost the exact same timing (I plan to hit O+1 tonight and we didn't hit O-3 because I didn't know I would ovulate early this cycle. My EDD is also December 25th on FF but that's accounting for a short LP so I am pretty sure baby wouldn't actually be due for another 3-7 days. We shall see! I went over EDD with my son and had to be induced at 5 days due to low fluid and BP. Good luck TWW buddy! We will be on te December boards together me thinks!

@MrsMccarthy: I always do the babycenter due date calculator based on ovulation date to get an EDD. I'm so hopeful for you!

@Adira: I woke up with mild cramping this morning too and got all excited because I don't cramp at this time normally... but am now thinking its a UTI... craptastic. BUT, i am still PUPO! Plus... im only 3DPO... so there is that.

  9. Adira

    wonderful pomelo / 30692 posts

@Brawly: LOL!! Yeah, 3 DPO cramping probably doesn't mean much. Hopefully not a UTI though - those suck!

  10. Brawly

    cherry / 173 posts

@Adira: I know, I haven't had one since I was a teenager, so im not totally sure what they feel like. Ill wait it out for the rest of the day and hit a doc in the box if its still happening tonight. Hopefully not.

So I "borrowed" some tests from the clinic I work at that *look* like hpts... anyway, stark white neg. But I'm not sure how much HCG they're able to detect, so I'm gonna buy a couple FRER's after work and test tomorrow morning... hopefully I can hide it from my parents while I'm there this weekend lol.

@HellOnHeels: Good luck! We were cycle twins but then I ovulated on day 19 How many DPO are you?

@Brawly: I get random cramping during the TWW regardless of whether pregnant or not so I hope it's just that and not a UTI.

  14. winniebee

    hostess / wonderful grape / 20803 posts

Since Wandfos have proven unreliable lately, what cheap tests are people using? I have 3 FRERs and a few digitals but I really hate using those unless pregnancy is actually suspected.

  15. HellOnHeels

    clementine / 899 posts

@winniebee: I was early and you were late.. Go figure! 9DPO today.

  16. winniebee

@HellOnHeels: Hang in there. I'm at measly 4DPO. Ho hum.

  17. snowjewelz

    wonderful kiwi / 23653 posts

@HellOnHeels: I've taken tests with me everywhere (HPT & OPK) - work, church, people's house, hotel... lol. Fx for you big time!!

@winniebee: I used target ones on 10 DPO. One worked and one was defective haha! I def saved FRER and digital for later.

  18. MrsMccarthy

    honeydew / 7295 posts

@Brawly: you can always buy some of the test strips that test for UTI. they sell them at most drug stores.

  19. HellOnHeels

    clementine / 899 posts

@winniebee: Right back at ya! How was your timing this time? I wasn't gonna hold out much hope since we only got O-1...

  20. littlek

    GOLD / squash / 13576 posts

@snowjewelz: hahaha I took a FRER at work last friday because DH couldn't see the line on my cheapie test.

  21. Brawly

@MrsMccarthy: it's funny that you say that! I just got back from the store with a box in hand. Do you think Azo is safe in the 2ww?

  22. winniebee

    hostess / wonderful grape / 20803 posts

@HellOnHeels: It was ok. O-4 and O-2. So....not too hopeful either. I think we conceived LO on O-1 that's a lucky day!

    @winniebee: here's a thread @septca started about cheapie tests

@winniebee: I ordered the SurePredict. Haven't tried them yet, though.

    @littlek: Thanks

  27. winniebee

    hostess / wonderful grape / 20803 posts

@Radish: thank you! Those look like they've gotten really good recs. I'm debating whether to even keep cheapies around. I kind of liked just waiting for my period last time - I only had expensive tests so it wasn't worth it to poas early!

  28. Radish

    nectarine / 2079 posts

@winniebee: I am planning on testing less in the future - but for some reason I thought I only had like 4 wondfos left (I have 20) when I ordered them. It is nice to know if I get a funky line I can inexpensively cross check it.

  29. Brawly

    cherry / 173 posts

@MrsMccarthy: Yep, it was positive... Why!? This wasn't quite what I had in mind when I said I wanted to get a positive on a test strip. Oye...

@rawrasaur: thank you! In the end whilst I wouldn't love to have a birthdate of Xmas eve or Xmas I feel like it would be so special too and we will make it special.

    @winniebee: FX!!!

@Brawly: oh no! I'm so sorry honey. If you get an antibiotic just ask your doc for one that's TTC safe and make sure to get a probiotic too so you don't get a YI

    honeydew / 7295 posts

@dc yoga bee: oh honey! I didn't feel a damn thing with my son until 11DPO and even then I was sure it was just a funky period. Trust me you are not out. Lots of good vibes for you!!

I am with @Adira ! I AM PREGNANT THIS CYCLE! I just know it. Even though I am only 1 DPO and still have to finish our BD tonight. I feel very very good about this month and I feel like a sperm has met my eggy and they are making their way to my uterus for implantation.

Booked tomorrows acupuncture to help me keep my glad thoughts and I am continuing daily smoothies, meditation and generally eating healthy.

Alright! We got it done for this month! I feel very good about our timing so long as I ovulated when I think I did. Now I have to find a way to get through this TWW somehow. Perhaps and Easter project! In the meantime new BFPs would be nice too! Come on ladies! Lets all be December/Jan Mona's together!

So my parents live in the boonies and the only place I thought would have tests...didn't. So I'm taking that as a sign to wait. Not sure if I'll wait til Monday or if AF arrives. We'll see what the weekend brings.
FX big time for the POASers this weekend!!
