We are thinking of switching to a daybed for DS (one that can be pulled out into a king if we have lots of company and need out kids to bunk up). I think they could definitely be boy-ish!

My son has a bunk, but my brother had a daybed growing up. My parents still have it and my son loves it when he stays over.
