LO is 5 months. We've been doing a "lighten up@ version of BLW because she is so young but has a super intense interest in food. She does really well when I just mash things (with a little chunk/consistency) & loves to eat. So far we've had sweet potatoes (sometimes with blueberries squeezed in), avocado, banana, apple sauce & sometimes some of my green smoothie. This week I would like to introduce acorn squash & mango. I know to avoid strawberries, citrus & Allergy triggers but I'm looking to keep a variety & was wondering if mango is safe to give her?
