I hate when people tail gate and when they wait til the last minute to stop. Makes me so nervous!

I don't tell DH how to drive, but I recently realized (*ahem* he pointed out to me) that I constantly tell him how to get to wherever it is we are going.
Although he definitely back seat drives when I am behind the wheel.

I'm pretty chill if I play passenger. Hubby is a total backseat driver when I drive though. I get so mad sometimes, I tell him if he wants to direct, then he should be driving!

Usually not, but DH hates how I drive! I've been becoming more of the backseat driver recently when he speeds etc.

I used to not backseat drive with DH ever! Then I got into a really bad accident (the car rolled 3 times) and ever since then I've been more paranoid about traffic.
It wasn't even DH driving, I was driving when it happened!I hate it! But I can't help it. I get tense whenever we are on the highway and there's brake lights. My MIL backseat drives alot too, and DH said I'm turning into her.

We're both pretty bad about being back seat drivers. In fact, some of our most epic fights have occured in the car : ) I'm already up his butt about the fact that his driving style will be majorly changing once the munchkin arrives!

Yes, but I have to be. DH's mind wanders, he looks at things on the side of the road, and different buildings, etc. So if someone is breaking and I can tell he's not paying attention, I say something.

I'm not vocal but I'll grab the "chicken shit" handle on the side of the car and I instinctively "brake" with my feet when DH drives too fast! I was in bad accident when I was 24 weeks pregnant and I'm still really paranoid!

Yes, in fact this morning we got into an argument over parking spaces. He told me "I am driving, I know what to do."
