I hate it. I don't even have a kid's sleep schedule to worry about yet, but MY sleep schedule sucks. We're 4 days in and I'm still not adjusted, which is making sleep really hard for me (which is not appreciated at 32 weeks pregnant when sleep is challenging enough anyways).
I just don't get why it is still a thing. They've debunked the theory that it provides energy savings. We aren't a primarily agricultural society anymore. Why are we still doing this?
Or, why are we ever NOT doing it? I honestly don't care if we go with "daylight savings time" or "standard time" (which is not super appropriately named, considering that DST lasts 8 months and ST only lasts 4 months). How about we just pick one and stick with it? Or cut the difference and spring forward 30 minutes then leave it. Just make a decision and leave us and our clocks alone please!
