I guess I've always been more of a leader. I don't mind going with the flow, but I often end up in a leadership position.
It seems like Charlie is leader (or should I say bossy) too amongst the kids at daycare.

Up until the end of high school I was a leader and always took charge because I was confident. Then in university, I started becoming a follower because I felt lost!
Now, as an adult, I'm somewhere in the middle but if I had to choose, I'm a leader if I feel strongly about something. If I don't care, then I'll go with the flow.

This is a toughie. I think most people who know me would say I'm a leader (always starting trends, educating others about things I've already done, etc) but I think life situations just make me that way-- I'm the oldest of my group of childhood friends, I got married before ALL of my friends, I had a child before most of my friends were even married. So I'm always giving advice about wedding planning, marriage, committment, children, childbirth, etc.
I'm a last child so I think naturally I feel more comfortable following, but life has kind of pushed me into being a leader.

I'm very chill and usually go with the flow, unless its something I don't agree with - then I'm very vocal with my opinions. So in that sense, I only "follow" when its something I already agree with. Otherwise, I do my own thing.

Leader. Maybe its an only child thing? Not sure. I'm a leo. I like to be in charge. 
The only place I'm not in charge is at home with my husband (its more equal/him taking charge). And I'm totally happy with that.

I would say leader, I am the friend people call for advice and opinions on things. When I was younger I would say I was more of a follower and it got me into trouble, once I got to my second year of college I started to speak up and grew into my own skin. This made me very much a leader.

i think i'm a lil bit of both. i like to follow. but i'll lead when i need to. i'd like my kids to be leaders - but not in a bossy way lol... although i think it's a bit inevitable when you become the leader.

Can you be a leader if you have no followers?
I just do what I want and if I can make the most impact off of someone elses lead I'll go that way, if not I don't mind trailblazing. I've always been a bit independent though and not worried about getting others on board.

At work and with family, definitely more leader. I was always really bossy during my childhood. My mom told me I would make everyone follow my orders when I was 3! With friends though, I'm just kind of go with the flow.

In school I was always more of a follower. Just went with the flow. Since the Military, def more a leader and take charget of things.
I think I would want our future LO's to be more of a leader as well.
