This has been a habit of mine for as long as I can remember. I've always had insomnia, and sometimes I'd eat so I'd pass out. Not the healthiest thing! My go to was usually ramen but I don't buy it anymore because it's not the healthiest (sooo sad :().
Last night I ate leftover taco salad from dinner and had a bowl of cereal. Why must eating be more delicious at night! That's not even a snack -- that's a whole meal and it was after midnight!
