I totally am. The main reason is I hate the dark. I would rather be asleep for the entirety of nightime and be awake for all ofdaylight.
I am always the first one up in my house (even before LO)...and that included when I was a kid also

No no no. I've always been a total night owl!
Although I do love being outside when the sun is coming up/just up. It's so pretty and...fresh? But I just can't get myself up that early unless I absolutely have to...plus E still almost never STTN so I'm usually dead in the morning.

Not at all. The earliest I get up on days I'm not working is 930, but that's only if I was really tired the night before and went to bed early. I hate getting out of my warm, comfy bed when I'm not ready to in the am.

I wish! I've always been a night owl. Getting up early requires a good deal of strong coffee

Yes. I don't always want to get out of bed, but once I'm up, I'm ready to go.

Nope. Thankfully DH is and he gets up with LO when she wakes up at ungodly o'clock (5am) so I can "sleep in" until 6am. Ideally, I would sleep until 7am on weekdays and 9am or later on weekends, but I can't see when that's going to happen again. Maybe when she goes to college.

compared to SO, i am! he will happily sleep til 1pm if i let him. i don't think i am though, i do not like to be woken up and if anyone talks to me for the first half hour, i will respond in grunts and growls. it's not pretty. that said, i sleep past 830 maybe twice a year, so it's not like i sleep super late, but i don't enjoy waking up before 630.

I'm getting better, since having DD. I used to sleep in on weekends until 10, or later. Now, I like making the most of the day. I don't have much choice in the matter anyway, as 7:30 is breakfast for the babe.

Nope. Not at all. I have odd work hours because I work at a newsaper, so I usually sleep until 9 every day. On weekends I can easily sleep past 11. I can (and do) get up early and function if I have to, but I don't like it! I'm a little afraid of what will happen when I have an LO...

Nope.
I just saw this today. http://www.buzzfeed.com/mackenziekruvant/signs-youre-a-morning-person
I'm the opposite. I need 4 alarms to wake me up in the morning.

No way!! Im terrible in the morning. Grumpy does not do it justice.
All my fine motor skills abandon me - I struggle to change DD's nappy or put her dummy in!

I'm not but I have to be. DS is up between 6-7am. I'd prefer to stay in bed until 9 or so. I guess one day I'll get to sleep in again, just not in the foreseeable future.

Yup. I catch the sunrise almost every morning. I love it, since my backyard is next to a horse pasture, so I see them munching on grass while the sun rises over the mountains. It's very relaxing. I also feel really gross and dirty if I sleep later than 8am. I'm usually in bed by 10:30/11.
