I am pretty impatient so I like to drive on the fast side. I love having a speedy car!! Don't worry...I am not a crazy driver, especially with DD in the car.

I'm a pretty fast driver but I'm always on the lookout for cops. If I have people in the car, I get a little paranoid so I'll drive normal speeds. If I'm by myself, I like to drive fast. I have a need for speed!

@banana: There are barely any cops around here. What are they all doing? Eating donuts? Well, good for me!

@andrea: Lucky! We have cops everywhere and it's so annoying. They'll be parked behind a bush or something on the freeway holding those speed guns. UGH.

@andrea: No jinxing yourself! I got a speeding ticket last month actually. I went 9 miles over the speeding limit. Which to me isn't even that bad! I ended up paying $250!!!

@andrea: No, I was going local. The speed limit was 35 and I was going 44. It wasn't even residential. There were no homes around the area (just a bunch of trees). I tried to argue my case with the cop but he wouldn't listen. I even tried the whole "I'm pregnant and we're saving money for the baby. Can't you let me go this time?" and he said "Let this be a lesson. You shouldn't be driving so fast, especially since you're pregnant." I guess he's right....But still....
I know! isn't that so expensive?? I was so mad when I found out the fee!

I try to stay within 5-10 miles of the speed limit. Tickets aren't worth it!
