I get seasonal allergies sometimes, but not often.
When I take ibuprofen I get 1-2 small hives on my face too (weird).

Cats.
@.twist.: DH, his sister, and his mom are allergic to penicillin too, as was my dad. The first LO has an infection and needs antibiotics will be interesting as we don't know if she'll be too.

I'm extremely allergic Sulfa! Otherwise, just random winter allergies.

Funny enough, cats. Actually not very funny. Also have the normal ragweed and pollen allergies all year. They get soooooooo bad!

Amoxicillin, cats, everything outside (almost literally) and cross-reactions with certain foods (fruits, veggies, etc.) I'm awesome.

Dust, mold, trees, grass, pollen... practically the whole outdoors but that doesn't stop me from getting out. Also lactose intolerant and kiwis make my mouth itch. Go figure. And morphine.

@MaisyMay: One of my step-sons is as well. I'll be very curious about our baby too. I have no idea if it's genetic or not??

@.twist.: According to this article, there may be genetic links to penicillin allergies. http://health.howstuffworks.com/diseases-conditions/allergies/skin-allergies/penicillin-allergies-run-in-families.htm

Latex, adhesives on bandages, most laundry soaps and most shampoo. (Stupid sensitive skin)

I have a life threatening allergy to tree nuts. I once almost died after accidentally consuming like 1/4 of a cashew.
I have a mild allergy to RAW banana. Just makes my throat itchy. Somehow though I am not allergic to banana bread, banana muffins, or any other cooked bananas.
I also have an annoying, but mild allergy to cats. If I visit my mom for a weekend (she has 2 cats) I end up having to take a lot of Benedryl, lol.
I also get seasonal allergies. When the seasons change I often get little rashes behind my knees and on my neck.

Sulfa, strawberries, lactose intolerant, latex, and like @Mrs. Train: most shampoos, sesame seeds, soap, and laundry soap, I've actually got this traced down to sodium lauryl sulfate.

Shellfish, but I'm vegetarian so it's not often an issue. I just have to make sure that my food isn't fried in the same oil (like at Chinese restaurants).
I had a close call in Turkey where I ate a salad before realizing there were a few pieces of shrimp in it, and my throat started closing. I always carry activated charcoal and that took care of it, but I need to start carrying an epi-pen.
