    No. But I'm pregnant.

    Weight matters very little. I prefer to go by how I feel and look rather than by some arbitrary number on the scale.

    That said, I'm not looking for feeling my best currently, lol! Working on it now.

    I'm 26 pounds from my ideal weight. I'm working on it!!

    I was before I got pregnant. I'm hoping any baby weight will come off as easily as it did the first time around.

    I'm 3 weeks pp, and have about 7 lbs until I'm at prepregnancy weight. My ideal weight is about 5 pounds less than that.

    Not at all. I am at my pre-baby weight, but I really want to lose 20 more lbs.

    Yes- I am at my healthy weight and what should be "ideal"
    but I am always looking to lose I am a fluctuating 5lbs below pre-pregnancy weight, so I should be happy.

    But, I'd say I am 5lbs away from the skinniest I could ever be and *that* is my dream weight. I think I can do it, but then again we're ttc next cycle so, I might get pregnant before then, and I'd be OK with that!

    Heck no - I need to lose about 40 pounds to really be happy with myself....I unfortunately don't see it happening until I stop breastfeeding. I was not one of those moms blessed with weight loss while breastfeeding!

    @MungBean: I feel your pain. I'm 7mo post and just now working on getting back in shape. I wasn't cleared by my doctor for working out yet and then still nursing until this week So I didn't want to diet. I'm exactly at my pre-prego weight but everything is in different places! I was really sad/depressed for awhile that I couldn't find clothes to wear. But I went to a personal shopper (never been to one before) and she helped me find clothes to fit my new shape. I'm starting to feel like myself again!

    I don't know if I have an ideal weight in mind, but I am about 10lbs under my pre-pregnancy weight and I am happy *enough*. Even though the numbers are down (I am a petite person), I feel like I still have lots of work to do to get in the best shape possible.

    No, I'm about 20 lbs more than I'd like to be. DH and I have been doing Couch to 5K the past few weeks though, so I'm trying not to beat myself up too much about it!

    @TheReelDeal: yay!! Good job, lady!
    @mrsjyw: you, too, congrats!

    I'm about 8-10 pounds from ideal weight, but I'm so proud of where I am now...I am 45 pounds down from where I was on October, and I feel so, SO much better!

    Now, to tone a bit...

    Weight, yes. I decided years ago that my ideal weight was going to be the healthy one I can easily maintain with a healthy lifestyle and not the 10 lbs below that, which requires second by second vigilance.
    My muscles have been MIA, though, since my HELLP syndrome limited my movement but that was 14 months ago so I should probably stop using that excuse.

    14 lbs from my pre-pregnancy weight at 12 weeks pp. I will just be happy to get there! Could lose another 5-10 lbs after that, but I was pretty happy there, so not really necessary!

    @highwire: We are in the same boat (and you are looking fabulous!)... at least 50 lbs heavier than I'd like to be (I would totally be happy being 130-140).

    @yin: Ummm by 23 weeks I had gained probably 20 pounds...and I'm 5'0". I ate carbs all day every day during my pregnancy

    I'm super close to my happy weight...1.5 lbs to go. If I could lose another 4-5lbs I would be at my ideal weight..but I don't know if that will happen anytime soon bc we're planning to try for baby #2 in the fall...I'll just try super hard to get to my ideal weight after I'm done having kids

    @LindsayInNY: @mrsjyw: thank you, lovely ladies! I feel worlds better now (even though none of my clothes fit )

    @LovelyPlum: same to you...good job!!! I could never imagine losing over 40 pounds until having a baby! I just saw a thread where people are saying it was harder losing the weight with baby #2...but at least losing it once makes you know it's possible

    Yes. Giving birth made me fall in love with my body for the first time. I was awed by my strength and all that I could accomplish. I was proud of my physical self.. Since then I've lost most of the baby weight and raised (so far!) a thriving baby boy. As a thank you, I've promised to stop nitpicking at all my flaws. I may never be perfect but I am deeply happy and very grateful.

    @sandy: thanks

    @Mrs. Fox: that is so fantastic. What an awesome way to empower yourself. You go, lady!

    Nope. I'm 2 weeks pp and have lost 26 out of the 50 lbs I gained... I have a long way to go..

    @Mrs. Fox: I feel the same way! I know that my body doesn't look as "good" as in high school, but I seriously don't care. I've always cared! I wear bikinis again, after stopping for several years because, hey I grew and birthed a human! And I'm still keeping him alive with my own body! My body is amazing and so is every other women's - I've never felt so positive about myself.
