Yep, I have tons of cousins, too...both my parents have lots of siblings. I grew up pretty close to my cousins.

I have a good handful of cousins, but they're all spread out over the US and the world. They're also older than I am. I'm only close to two of them, which are the two youngest in the family!

No. I have 3 cousins and they're all about 10+ years older than me. I haven't seen them in years.

Nope. I have a dozen cousins but I'm not close to any of them. Most of them are quite a few years older or younger than me. I was close to one who lived next door when we were young, but her parents got divorced and she moved away, and we sort of lost touch. My other cousin who is sort of close in age to me always seemed like a terrible snob and we've never done more than basically tolerate each other.

Not really. We keep up with each other on facebook some, and see each other on holidays, but my cousins are all at least 5 years younger than me, so we weren't close as children. I only have 3 cousins, too, so it's not like there's a whole lot to get together with, anyways.

not really. we mostly keep in touch via fb these days. we didn't grow up in the same place, and there's a big age gap for 5 out of the 7 of them--one set of siblings is like 10+ years older than me, and another is more than 5 years younger, though those ones lived in the same city as us for a few years and I used to babysit them regularly, though now I haven't seen them in 3.5 years. I used to be really close to one of the ones closer to my age, like she spent summers staying with us growing up, but we became really different in college and the last few times I saw her she seemed really immature/drama-queenish and superficial.

No. The closest in age is still 5 years younger than me though. My parents were the oldest child in both of their families. Plus, that one is kinda trashy (like used to do coke, multiple baby-daddies, always threatening and cursing in facebook statuses) so...we don't have much in common

Not really, because of age differences and geographic distribution. I have cousins that are just a few years younger than my dad and ones thare are still in high school, lol.

No really. I grew up in California and they were all on the East Coast or in Colorado. We didn't visit that much. One of them recently moved to CA and we have him over for dinner maybe once a month. I always wanted to know them better!

DH is super close with his cousins, and I hope LO has the same experience as him.

I am very close to a few; we visit regularly and are godparents to each other's children. All the others I only see birthday parties, weddings, and funerals.

Yes! Both sides together I have over 100 and I'm close with all of them. Well we get together monthly and for holidays and have cousin nights in between with games and treats. And some of them work for my dad. I see all of them regularly.

Not close at all. I'm closer to my cousin's kids since they are closer in age (still about 7-10 years younger). Plus none of them live closeby, all a plane ride away.
